ROBART MFG. REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Complete this form, print and submit to the Robart Returns Department via fax or mail. You will be called or e-mailed with a return authorization number to be written on the package before shipping back to Robart Mfg..

Robart Mfg. will only accept returns or exchages if they were bought within 30 days and purchased directly from Robart Mfg. All returned merchandise must have a copy of the receipt and be in orginal packaging. Issuance of a RA# is not a guarantee that the product will be accepted for an exchange or return. All RA's will be inspected upon receipt and all credits or exchanges will be issued upon approval, and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Returns with no RA # will be shipped back to the customer freight collect. Frieght is to be pre-paid on all returns unless you receive special authorization from Robart Mfg..
Do not send Freight Collect.

Sorry we can not accept returns on Custom Made Retracts or Struts.
