Pacers FORMULA 560 GLUE offers exceptional bonding of most all plastic and vinyl. 560 dries clear making it the perfect glue to use for attaching airplane canopies and vacuum formed ABS parts. The excellent shock resistant flexible bond means your airplane parts will stay put even when subject to high vibration and extreme speeds. 560 is also an excellent craft glue. Its ability it stick various materials together makes it great for craft work including wood, clay, plaster, foam, and fabrics. The nontoxic and water based formula means kids can safely use it for their special projects.
Helpful Hints:
When using FORMULA 560 to attach a canopy or wind screen, trim the parts for as close a fit as possible. 560 will migrate under small cracks forming a complete seal and a very tight bond, the smaller the gaps the better the bond. You will need to clamp or tape the parts together for several hours until the glue starts to turn clear, full strength takes about 24 hours. Temperature and humidity will effect the drying times. Keep FORMULA 560 from freezing.

Pacers HINGE GLUE is a unique product developed just for model and toy builders.Use it to glue Robart Hinge Points, and other flat style nylon hinges in balsa and foam.Use it to glue leading and trailing edges to foam cores, also great for false rib caps on foam.Unlike ordinary resin (wood) glue that dries hard and brittle, HINGE GLUE is formulated with added ingredients that cause it to dry semi-rigid.When gluing nylon parts HINGE GLUE actually micro etches the surface of the part to provide exceptional adhesion.
Helpful Hints:
Use Z-ENDS to get HINGE GLUE deep into hinge holes and slots.You know you have applied the right amount of glue if a small quantity squeezes out when the hinge is inserted.Using a wet cloth, wipe off any excess glue from the hinge joint and surrounding area immediately.HINGE GLUE will dry in a few hours and will achieve full strength overnight.It is always best to install the hinges on one side and let them dry, checking the operation and alignment before finishing the other half.

Helpful Hints:
ZAP-A-DAP-A-GOO takes 24 to 36 hours to full cure and reach maximum strength. All parts to be glued should be clean and dry.Apply GOO to both parts, let dry for 1 to 2 minutes then assemble.Clamp or set aside to dry, do not disturb the bonded joint until dry.When applying GOO, a slight hesitation in pulling the tube away from the glue will prevent stringing. For disassembly, ZAP-A-DAP-A-GOO bonds can be cut with a razor knife.
